  • 4 hake fillets (approximately 170g each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped

Method of preparation:

Step 1: Preparing the fish

  • Dry the hake fillets thoroughly with kitchen paper to remove excess moisture, which will allow for better frying.

Step 2: Frying the hake

  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until it begins to shimmer.
